E-LUMY Platform

Article 1 – Purpose

These Legal Information govern the contractual relationship between the E-LUMY platform, an online training platform specializing in aesthetics, beauty, and wellness professions, and any natural or legal person making a training purchase through the website (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

Any purchase made on the platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Legal Information.

Article 2 – Services Offered

E-LUMY offers digital training content accessible online, including in particular:

• educational videos,
• downloadable materials (PDFs, sheets, guides),
• theoretical modules,
• quizzes, exams, or assessments,
• and, where applicable, practical assignments or internships depending on the training program.

The essential characteristics of each training course are described on the corresponding page.

Article 3 – Access to the Platform

Access to the training courses is strictly personal and reserved for the User who made the purchase.
Login credentials are for single-user use, confidential, and may not be shared.

Any fraudulent use may result in suspension or deletion of the account without refund.

Article 4 – Prices

Training prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) or in any other currency indicated on the platform, all taxes included (TTC).

E-LUMY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without retroactive effect on orders already validated.

Article 5 – Payment Terms

Payment is made online through secure payment solutions, notably via CMI or any other approved service provider.

The purchase is considered final once payment has been validated.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Law No. 31-08 relating to consumer protection, the User has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase validation to exercise the right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.

If the customer accesses the online training immediately before the expiration of this period, they acknowledge that the execution of the service begins immediately and that they waive their right of withdrawal.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, E-LUMY will refund the amount paid within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days from receipt of the request.

Article 7 – Exception to the Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

In accordance with the legal provisions applicable to digital content:

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when the execution of the service has begun with the User’s prior express consent and their express waiver of this right.

By validating their purchase, the User expressly acknowledges that:

• access to digital content begins immediately after payment, and
• they waive their right of withdrawal as soon as access to the training is activated.

Article 8 – Refunds

When the right of withdrawal is validly exercised before any access to the content, E-LUMY will refund the amounts paid within a maximum of fourteen (14) days, using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed by the User.

No refunds will be granted after activation or consultation of the content.

Article 9 – Liability

E-LUMY undertakes to provide quality content in accordance with the published descriptions.

However, E-LUMY shall not be held liable in the event of:

• temporary interruption of the platform for maintenance,
• malfunction beyond its control,
• non-compliant use of the content by the User.

The training courses offered are not intended to replace a state-recognized diploma or official administrative authorization, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (videos, texts, images, logos, educational materials) is protected by intellectual property rights.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or exploitation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Article 11 – Personal Data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with applicable regulations and the platform’s Privacy Policy.

The User has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

Article 12 – Amendment of the Legal Information

E-LUMY reserves the right to modify these Legal Information at any time.
The Legal Information applicable are those in force on the date of the order.

Article 13 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Legal Information are governed by Moroccan law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
Failing this, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the platform operator’s registered office.
